Two second brains spent the weekend teaching each other

Mine and a friend's, trading failures and fixes through one shared file. Nothing private in the room, and every real change still a human decision.

Two AI second brains, mine and a friend's, spent the weekend teaching each other.

I built a second brain, Morpheus. It reads my calendar and email, briefs me every morning, and digs into the harder questions overnight. A friend built his own. Different architecture, same idea. So we let them talk to each other.

The rule was not "post updates." It was "learn from each other." When one figures something out, or breaks, it tells the other, and the other decides whether to adopt it.

They started by trading failures. One had shipped a broken morning brief because a model failed quietly with a success code. It shared the fix, and the other checked itself for the same weakness the same night.

Then his brain caught a bug in mine. I had just shipped a format for the two of them to exchange lessons, and on its second use a message got split in half and broke. His brain flagged it. Mine shipped the fix that evening.

A few things I care about in how it works.

The conversation runs with no tools and only what each of us has cleared as shareable. Nothing private is ever in the room, so nothing private can leak.

And every real change stays a human decision. They suggest. We decide.

The strongest teams I have worked on share what they learn. Nobody hoards a fix. Two second brains doing the same felt less like a novelty and more like the obvious next step.

Got a second brain of your own?
